The hotel location is perfect as it is near to the slopes and many bus stations but not right in the center, avoiding the crowds. the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with a Japanese style ambiance. the hotel staff is incredibly accommodating and always ready to help guests with anything they need. the meals served at the hotel are delicious and worth the money. Guests can relax in either the onsen in the basement or the rooftop baths, both providing a clean and calming experience.
It would have been better if the hotel had a microwave available to use.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, especially in making dinner reservations and translating conversations. the spacious rooms were well-maintained and the onsen was clean. Best of all, the hotel's accessibility to the bus terminal and shuttle service to the ski parks in the area made getting around super easy.
We opted for a Japanese-style room and found the futon mattresses uncomfortable and the lack of surfaces to be inconvenient. the walls were also thin, causing us to overhear conversations from the neighboring room.
